This sleep-aid tincture helps achieve a sense of calm, relaxation, and drowsiness before bed. It aids in falling into a deep, restful sleep and you won’t wake up feeling groggy. We chose not to include valerian in our sleep-aid since so many folks are sensitive to that herb and have an adverse reaction to it.
